I have ordered a product in Snapdeal last month September 18th 2014 with two items. In which that one item has been delivered to me, but another item not yet. I have also sent many mails, complaints registered to same in their portal and also directly made a call to Sanpdeal customer care no response I have received from their end. Even I request to cancel my order still not yet cancelled it. Also very poor message notification form their end if the product or items not progressed as well, but in online it showing as under progress for a long duration. I’m unable to order the same item with other retailer due to delay in cancellation. Myself got struck by not able to cancel the order and also book with other better retailer where avail more. Please do the needful on this for me. Please find the below order ID which I have placed with Snapdeal –

You Sanpdeal how long will say the same words “our team is working on it” for past one month. Myself in my ear these words had dumped. You cheat whether you are working or simply playing or doing any other activities with your colleagues. If you are working on this then I might get delivered the product on a particular mentioned date, but still now not yet. So from this I conclude you cheats are not at all working.
