My complaint is in regards to request number 2493454298 which I made from Vodafone in order to convert my postpaid number into prepaid. After consulting with online customer care agent that I can convert my number any time during my billing cycle and after that I took confirmation by calling the customer care number and raised the request number 2493454298.
I specifically asked the agents that can I convert my number into prepaid in between my billing cycle and every time I got the answer that ‘I can’. I should visit the Vodafone store with my documents and get the things done spontaneously and have the prepaid connection within 2 hours.
After taking a leave from my office today (Monday) I visited the store as Vodafone’s server was down on Sunday and the answer I got that sir you cannot please let us attend the next customer. At the onset, shameful behavior from “””THE VODAFONE RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS””.
I visited an agent first and asked her about the same, she after consulting her incharge, i.e. the Store Manger Mr. Ankit told me in a decent way sir I cannot. I said that why and she said that consult my supervisor and go to him.
First time in my relationship with Vodafone from past 6 years got bitter after the assistance from Store incharge of Vodafone Sector- 3 Rohini, Delhi branch. I simply asked him sir why are you denying my request as your agents had already confirmed me that I can convert my number in the middle of billing cycle. The Answer I got was that “we can only convert your number only post 3 days of your billing cycle and your physical presence is compliance”. “The customer care does not have the access of documents so they send you to Vodafone stores for assistance and we can only convert your number in mentioned time frame.
Now, anyone in the world can justify this argument.
Should I go to a court to find out who is correct customer care or store manager. Is this thing called customer service, I took leave today from my office as there was no Eid holiday just to do the same and It was complete waste of time.
I don’t know what kind of customer service is this where on department says one thing and the other one do completely opposite. What do they think we are free and we don’t have any work to do just to call them and roam around their stores?
Now, who is going to take the responsibility of wasting my time? What do you think I am a free guy who will be free at the end of my billing cycle? Will the Vodafone people will come to my office and work for me where as I will take leaves to convert my number.
Vodafone is making so many advertisements portraying themselves to have the best customer management but only thing they have is dubious policies and a rude and sense less“”THE VODAFONE RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS””.
