Unusual way of cutting balance

I am using Samsung CDMA Model no-SCH-B319, A000001D63990D in which net connection is not possible. My mobile connection is of Mts and the no is 9143100605 (Sim card is of the name of Snehashish Das, my elder brother). Today my balance was deducted by Rs. 21. When i asked customer care, they said that it was deducted due to activation of yahoo cricket alert which was not done by me. The same problem was also suffered previously by me and then i asked to stop these type of activation forever. I asked them to refund my balance as these was neither be activated nor could be activated from my handset, but they denied. I want to get back the balance as well as a permanent solution for not to suffer again from these kind of cut off balance. My another contact no-08391858373.
