Sir, this year i buy a micromax tubro A250 but within 7 month i got a problem regrading navigation key so i went to micromax authorized service centre which is in ameerpet, hyderabad on 2 sep 2014. but it been more than 1 month i didnot have any update of my phone ,there are saying that we donot have parts but i request them still then there will not giving a single reply and the way of talking is bad. so i request you to take a correct action.
