DISPUTED DEDUCTION OF TOP-UP

Gud Morning Sir,
I’m “Vineet Bali” (M) 9216466455 diverting your kind attention towards the unjustified deduction of Rs 204.43 on 4th Oct, 2014. I’ve activated Blackberry Plan on 1st Oct 2014 for unlimited BB services & Internet. But to my surprise my top-up balance of Rs 204.43 was deducted on 4th Oct evening. Moreover I received 3 more sms from Tata Docomo CC that amount of Rs 68.58, 91.7 & 123.7 were not charged due to less balance. I reported the issue to Tata Teleservices for the refund & they straightaway denied to refund my deducted amount. So, I have left only option to request at Consumer Forum. My Complaint SR No. is PBS091838290.
