Worst Customer Service

My Name is Sachin Gupta, Contact number is 9987323444. I purchased a Product from EBAY on 08th September , which was being delivered on 12th September 2014. The courier guy had an incorrect address which i updated him. The same was intimated by Blue dart to EBAY on 13th September 2014 so as to receive a confirmation from them but they received none. on 23rd september i had to call up Blue dart to get the above story.
Then i called up EBAY, wherein i was assured that the product will be delivered on 24th September and that i willl receive a confrimation call on 24th September. nothing happened and there was neither a call nor the delivery of the Laptop table i purchased.
Then i happen to call up the EBAY customer care again on 25th September, they came up with another assurance that the product will be delivered by 27th September and if the same is not delivered by 27th September, they will give a call and initiate a refund. Neither the product was delivered nor the refund process was initiated.

This then led me to call up EBAY again as there was no revert from them and then when i call them up again on 01st October, i was given another assurance that they would personally call me up on 2nd October by 2 p.m. to give the final status. there was no call from their side as usual and as expected (From this Website).

Then i again called them up on 02nd October to get the final status, i was told and then was given a written confirmation on the mail that the product will be delivered on 04th October. But as usual these cheats have again failed to adhere to their words.
Need some action to be taken against this cheat company and their shittiest staff who say nothing but lie.
