I HAVE USING IT FROM 13 JULY 2014 .I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THE COMPANY REGARDING THE HELLO TUNES SUBSCRIPTION FREE OF ONE YEAR .I ACTIVATED THE FREE SERVICE AND RECEIVED A MESSAGE LATER ON A CHARGE IN THE BILL OF RS.280 WHICH WAS AGAINST THE OFFER AND ON SPEAKING TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES THE SAID IT WAS NOT FROM AIRTEL . IT SEEMS THAT ALL THE DATA AND INFORMATION ARE MANAGED BY THIRD PARTY AND THE ACCOUNTS ARE HACKED THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES GIVE SUCH A IR RESPONSIVE ANSWERS AND THEY UNNECESSARILY CHARGE LATE FEE AFTER PAYING THE BILL .THE CUSTOMER CARE ALSO GIVES IRRESPONSIVE ANSWERS WHICH IS NOT UPTO MARK AND CREATES A PROBLEM
