Micromax After sales Service issue

I am using micromax Canvas 4(A210) mobile. On 11 August 2014 i Submit my phone in “Name : M/s K.s.mobile (ncr)
Address: Plot No. 7, Ff Central Market, Near Old Bus Stand, Opposite Sihani Chowki, Ambedkar Road.
City : Ghaziabad” For Display & Speaker Issue, the job sheet number “N040412-0814-11442603”,after 20 days they repaired my phone but after i got the phone back from the service center the phone had a black spot on the screen and the speaker issue was still not resolved, so i once again i submitted the phone to the same Service center and this time they told me that it will take 2 days to resolve the issue and they submitted my phone on the same old job sheet after 2 day they sent a sms your mobile repaired and please collect from service Center and when i gone there to collect the mobile both the issues were still there 1 Black SPot and 2 Speaker Sound, when i talk to service center guy regarding this thing he/she told me . please use this all thing working fine nothing will going to change the speaker is working fine and it can’t work finer and the black spot problem is unresolvable after 4-5 day when i check my phone the front camera was not working it’s freezing even i can’t use my phone without switching it off & on so this time i submit my phone “M/S V SURVE INFO
Shop No.- 106, 1st floor,Aditya Gold crest,Near Aditya Mall.Indrapuram,Ghaziabad – 201014” service center on 15 September regarding “black spot on screen, front camera not working and Speaker issue” job sheet no”N04720-0914-12196365″ after 15 day i got one sms your phone repaired please collect it from service center. When i gone there to collect it now the front camera was working fine but the “black Spot & speaker” issue were still there in the phone this time service center guy told me black spot is not a issue and speaker is fine even when i already told him to replace the speaker if it is required as it has been already 15 days and the result is still the same after that he told me for black spot i need to submit the phone for 15 days more and there is no guarantee that the issue will get resolved and since 11 August till date i am facing the same issue again & again even i already complaint for this thing in customer care but result is same. So please do something and i want my money back else NEW phone.

No a new issue has started that it is giving me signal issues it can’t get the signal till i dont do the settings and because of all these issues i am losing my business as well and now because of this i had to buy a new phone to secure my business and my clients so i want you to do something regarding this

I want to tell everyone here not to use Micromax as there after sales service is pathetic and they are stealing our money time and our peace
