Dear Sir/Madam,
Please refer to call number EKOL2309140060 dated September 23, 2014 regarding washing machine bearing model no EWS622KCG0, where I am really surprised from your service people communication!
It’s completed more than 11 days where neither I get any service nor a positive way to serve your customer.
When I call to customer care they intentionally disconnect the line as I have found later my mobile number is registered at your system, this is not expected from Electrolux.
After booked complain it was told lots of time consuming false assurances from your Customer Care (Mails are Enclosed) , One engineer given Estimate, A telephonic call from Mr. Santosh Sharma -Area service Manager Electrolux (Communication enclosed) , Now today customer care communicated that spare parts are not available(IVRS recording is with you)!
If this is way to treat customer then I am putting this communication to Electrolux Headquarter, Stockholm, Sweden to Keith McLoughlin (President and CEO), Ronnie Leten (Chairman) so that they could see how Indian customers has served.
Also I am putting this in media and legal authorities to look into how better Electrolux customers are treated after purchasing the product.
This is my final mail to Customer Service where you have only option either provide me service free of charge (as it is under warrantee) or replace with a machine by 48 hours.
