Xolo company makes fool of customers

I purchased xolo q700i and there was a problem of defect in the display so i submitted my phone on 14/07/2014 to Technocare which is at lajpat nagar. Without asking they updated the software of the phone instead of replacing the display so i lost all my contacts. Then again i have to submit the phone on 1/08/2014 they kept the phone for atleast 2 months with them, then i got a msg that they are giving me the replacement of q700i of workorder no:310000628509 i.e, new q1010i. I took this phone last week on 12/09/2014 which showed it’s colour in 4 days much worst performance the hangsup everytime, heatsup so quickly for a small usage then again a defect in the dispaly occured a yellow line has appeared in the screen. Then on 22nd Sep 2014 submitted the new replaced phone of workorder no. 310000774167. I really suffered a lot and frustated so i can’t be stay long with this company, don’t want any further service from xolo. So, i request you to help me to get my money back ASAP because it already wasted so much of time and i cannot again waste my time everytime visiting the service centre.
