i ordered a table mate with this company online, within a day they called me to confirm my order and they delivered the same within 5 days, i received, a used defective item, the number in the invoice is temporarily out of service, there is no mail id not a land line number – nothing, i have been cheated and i need to know how to reach out to them and get my money back,

We have placed an order for Table Mate on 18/11/2014, the booking reference number is EBTM452. We have received the Table Mate today (i.e. on 25/11/2014) through FED Ex Tracking No.771943051114, it is damaged. We request you to replace the same at the earliest. Hope we will receive the positive response. We are awaiting the reply at earliest.
