Deceived

I ordered a dress worth 4500INR on July 2014. I paid using debit card.They promised to deliver it within 8-10 days . It’s been 3 months they haven’t sent me anything yet . They keep on delaying. I visited their office in Delhi still they didn’t pay heed. They are also not refunding my money. Please take some action against them so that they don’t deceive someone else like this.
