(9015116182)on my above mentioned idea postpaid no,the company has activated 3G GPRS pack service worth rs250/month, on 25th sep 2014, at 07:33 pm , without my any request in any form. firstly they were not ready to admit this thing,after 2 days they told me that it was activated from MY IDEA SHOWROOM(their authorized service showroom). thereafter they were not writing the complaint which i was trying to lodge, and afterwards when they wrote,instead of taking any action against their own showroom,today they even denied to help me and cut the call, i m very infuriated and highly frustrated,that how can they do this, and they are even not ready to make the adjustments,which will be prepared on 17th october(their executive told me that the bill will include the 2 day rental charges of the pack,about 17rs,as in 2nd day,due to frustration and hopelessness i get it deactivated). kindly help me.
