Refund of fees as no service has been provided

I herewith Complain the The Company of CAREER STEP RESOURCES LTD. The Company Chet me Rs. 41,326/- also paid room rent & Food Rs. 6000/- but not a single day the company provide me any action for my registration. after many call company gave me Rs. 25000/- Cheque but that che. also return so pls. i need ur help for return my money because of lot of doing hardworking i save than after they taken without any action. So I request u to pls help us.
