money taken illegally

I made a complaint on Paytm about my recharge not being received on 27-sept-2014.After 5-10 mins later I got a call from the paytm costumer care and I was told that my money will be refunded and he asked for my debit card details to confirm my order and identity, so I gave my details, as soon as I gave my card details Rs15000 was deducted from my account.I wrote an e-mail to the company about the problem but still I got no reply from them.I tried calling back but it says my call cannot be forwarded.Please take action regarding the problem
