FRAUD

I have noticed in the Statement of SBI Credit Card Account No: 4006661037597403 Dated 23/08/2014 that Rs.7799/- (Seven thousand seven hundred ninety-nine) only has been debited for payment in favor (W ASSOCIATES INR WWW.WASSOC.IN IN) on 07/08/2014.

I have to inform you that some miscreants have collected the necessary details on 07/08/2014 of my above mentioned SBI Credit Card by way of intimating me wrong information for their ill motive. In fact, I was not at all aware that I am going to purchase any- thing from your Company. I did not hear your Company’s name before 16th August when I had discovered that my said account debited. I did not receive any thing till the date of writing of this Notice to you.

I have intimated the fact of unethical and misdeed to the authority of SBI Card & Payment Services Limited, who have supplied me a Complaint Number: 0132520008204 but no positive result has yet been received. Ultimately, I have compelled to pay Rs.7799/- (Seven thousand seven hundred ninety-nine) only to you through SBI Card & Payment Services Limited.

In this connection I have to inform you that I am a physically handicapped retired (having no source of income) Senior Citizen of 62 years old. As soon as, I have come to know the fraud, I became mentally ill. I had however collected Rs.7799/- (Seven thousand seven hundred ninety-nine) only by way of taking loan from elsewhere and paid Rs.7799/- (Seven thousand seven hundred ninety-nine) only to SBI Cards & payment Services Pvt. Ltd as they paid to you on my behalf.
