Sir, i had purchased DATAWIND POCKET SURFER 3G5 from STARCJ.COM AT RS.5, 499 ORDER NO.—- 20140829058224 DELIVERY DATE—- 30-8-2014 AFTER JUST 15 DAYS USAGE IT STOPS WORKING & RESULTING PHONE BECAME “DEAD” As of my personal experience i did not see any NEW phone does this. when i call to customer care i did not take care of anything & just say go to their service centre OHH SORRY LOCAL REPAIRING PHONE SHOP SO CALLED SERVICE CENTRE. but plz.. note my COMPLAINT NO. GL0920DL22402 I THINK THERE IS BIG COLLUSION BETWEEN STARCJ ALIVE & DATAWIND CO, TO SUPPLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS TO THEIR INNOCENT CUSTOMERS.
