I had been using Tata Docomo for the around 1 yr with 899rs unlimited plan and never defaulted on any payment.

Their core belief reads like – All dealings should be with utmost professionalism, honesty and integrity.
I have been continuously harrassed by Tata Docomo collection agents in the most unprofessional language, they call as lawyers,Police inspectors,goons etc. They are
calling me and my family members repeatedly and threatening
Now my billing issue below:
I had an unlimited calls/sms 899rs plan. I have taken 199rs 3G 30 days plan that will enable me to use 1GB of 3G data usage. Once I have crossed 1024 MB (My total
Usage was 1074MB) , I have called customer care to stop 3G services and switch me to 2G services
Since I had an unlimited calls/sms 899rs plan, so my calling and sms cannot be charged. ISD calls are not activated on my number. About data charges I have just used
50MB of extra usage of 3G.
My billing according to my usage.
Rs 899 – Unlimited calls/sms local-STD plan
Rs 199 – 1GB Download limit – 3G Plan
Rs 50 – 2GB Download unlimited – 2G Plan
Rs 540 – 54MB extra usage of 3G Plan (1078MB-1024MB free = 54 MB extra)
Total = Rs 1,688 plus taxes extra.
I have paid Rs 2000 to tata docomo, but still they have generated a bill of Rs 13,077 on my name for 3G charges. I have written around 10+ mails to
[email protected] but they never gave me my bill split up or valid explanation for the same. Also, My credit limit was Rs 1200, ideally my number should have been
suspended after my bill crosses 1200, otherwise there is no use of having a credit limit.
