2GB 3g data on recharge of 249

I Dail 121 to get the information regarding 3g data packs. From there I got the information that I will get 2G 3G data on recharge of Rs249 and first time activate it from there. After waiting form long time I didn’t get the benefits I only get 1GB instead of 2GB. Later on I resister my complaint and talk with senior executive and he make me foolish and told that it is only by making simple recharge not by activation then again I make simple recharge by shopkeeper two time of Rs249 but again I haven’t got the benefits. Later on I again talk with senior executives but they refuse and not make me clear. This is only to make money and make customers foolish and till now if u call on 121 than same offer is shown
