prepaid to postpaid complain

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i had opted for prepaid to postpaid migration facility and filled the number migration form for my mobile, after fulfilling all the requisite formalaties for migration along with money of Rs.250 on friday 19th sept 2014 and i was given with a new postpaid sim (17010085160). At that time i was assured that my new postpaid sim will get activated by the next day.

Exactly after three days,i.e.-monday,22th of Sep.,2014 i called up the vodafone customer care regarding the non activation of the new postpaid sim, they provided me the complain number (2491151562) ,and they told me that my problem will get resolved by 6:20 pm 24th sept 2014.
But still my problem is same I contacted Vodafone Care several times, but they always tell me to visit Vodafone Store, and when i visit there, the employee always assures me that my sim will get activated on the same day after a few hours, but it never happens. Now, i’m in a completely inconvenient state.
