I would like to bring it in your notice that I have purchased new MI525 Mobile( EMI NO. 911327550093442) from Home Shop 18 on 18-Jan-14 order no. 937683677 and received on 27 January. Within 20 days I have some issues in my mobile. it was working automatically( Touch) typing and open app send SMS, I receiving the Mobile from your service center after 2 months. And 01 Aug 214 we have facing the charging problem in mobile and given to Gurgaon Spice Service Center(M/s sach collection point 1789/3, Rajeev Nagar, near Manidir Chowk,Gurgaon phone number 9555355131 on 14-Aug-14 and the problem was not resolved, Spice service person ask for left the phone for repairing. But I have not received till date(24-Sep-14) and nobody given response for this. I am not happy with your service and product.
May I requesting to you replace mobile with new mobile due to poor quality of your product. We need replacement only .

I hereby request you to please take necessary action against the company and ask them either to replace or process my refund.
