I am using sun direct DTH connection.10 months before I had complaint with my dth connection and one engineer came and taken my set top box after complaining.engineer informed that he will provide the set top box in 2 days,but I waited for 25 days to get set top box,he told previous one is having some complaint and need to replace and requested 500 rupee for another set up box..I paid the amount and recharged new set up box for 4 months ..but with in 20 days its stopped working again, I registered new complaint and engineer d taken my set top box again ,but now almost 7-8 months I don’t have my set top box,whenever I called customer care executive they informed that your ticket under progress .
the person who taken my set top box informing there is no set up box available right now..but its almost 7 months now.
what I need to do now,really disappointed with worst customer care service of sun direct
