Extremely poor service from AIRTEL

I, Dr. Anshuman poddar, applied for a plan change on my airtel CUG postpaid connection on 16/09/2014, which was supposed to get activated within 24 hrs. Despite repeated complaints and waiting for 7 days my complaint was not solved and I received no feedback from the company. I am very disappointed with this kind of poor service and would like a proper action against the company.
