My name is abhishek Jain and I’m from delhi. I had been garaunteed ebay coupons against my refund claim and the same was confirmed via mail on 4th September. It mentioned it would take 7-10 days for the coupon to be delivered on the registered mail address. It has been more than 3 weeks now and after numerous calls I haven’t reached any solution. Everytime they say sir please wait for another 2 days. They are only delaying me. I need some help.
Any kind of assistance would be highly appreciated.
