I purchased a mobile phone from sahivalue.com but when i came home and checked i found out that the phone was defective and it had a charging defect. They claim that the phone that they sell have passed through their 45-point check and the phone will not have any problem. Then i called them up and told them to repair so they took 8 days to repair. I was told that it will take only 2 days. Again after that when they returned me the phone and another day i kept it for charging, it was not getting charged. So when i called them to ask them they gave very rude replies and blamed me.
