Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Kavita Kumari from Orai. I have worked with Moolchand Hospital as( Human Resource – Executive) Since 3rd June 2013 to 8th September 2014. Due to some personal reason i have resigned on 8th September 2014 on 24 hrs basis.
According to my appointment letter the company can only take my one month salary If i don’t serve 30 days notice period which they already have as security. On 8th of September 2014 the salary was credited to my account but, when i tried to take it out , I was not able to take the amount. The bank has said the employer had stopped for further process.
I explained Bank Manager that this is my saving account not salary account how can they do this.
I am in need of money but, i am not able to take that amount.
Kindly help me for this.
