Dear team, this is Kiran Kumar from Mumbai. I made an Online Transaction through NEFT from Corporation Bank to ICICI Bank on Sept20,2014 (Saturday) at 10.40 AM. As of Saturday, the transaction should be done by 12.30 PM. After that the amount was debited from Corporation Bank and I found that it was not credited. Then I made a call to Corporation Bank Executive Namrata. She told that from their side the amount was transferred to ICICI Bank. After I made several calls to ICICI Customer Care Executives Rupa, Anirudh and Lavanya. They told that the amount should be credited by End Of the Day. But one person said that money should be credited on Monday 22nd September. But on that day I was blamed by the person who was committed by me to pay the amount.
The earlier transactions what I made between both of the banks were done perfectly on the same day. But this was happened only on this particular day. No CC Executive was explained what is the problem and where it is.
Please suggest me what should I do and who is the responsible for this.
