sales person is liar

The salesperson chanchal is a liar. He give false rates of items watever the customer bargains. He gives rates which is very less than actual ones so that the customers got trapped. He gives false commitments of dates. Takes advances of payment completley. Also without preparing our material he says that ot has been completed amd he has dispatched it. He has given me false shipping no of courier also which was null and void. On demanding the money back he says that it is not possible. Just really a totally fraud company or the salesman itslef is a cheater.
