In Recent extra charge on my Vodafone account for 49Rs for a mgossip pack which i did not authorize, so i called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactive this service as i did not activate this service. However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge. I want this charge removed and this fraudulent service stopped please.
