Dear Sir/Ma’am
I was taken a internet plan of Rs. 38 on 17th Sep. 2014 on my mobile number 9039666844. Plan was 200 MB data for whatsapp data for 28 days. Plan was not working properly. Company were charging for the every massage received and send via Whatsapp.
I was complain to Customer Care of Airtel on next days of getting plan. Reply was not proper. I was complain 4 times. There senior officers also talk with me. All were saying that the plan is working properly. One person said that I have to keep off my data pack when using Whatsapp, another was saying the You have to keep On your data pack while using Whatsapp.
A senior officer told me that I will get a Call from the technical team of Airtel within 4 Hours, but still I did not get the call.
I was also get a reply from a Customer Care person that why you activated the plan..!!
I was also requested for money back of my plan, but the company denied.
So, It is my humble request you to please solve my problem and also charge the Biggest penalty for not to cheat the customer through such a foolish plans.
