Hi, I am Kunal. I am writing here coz I am really not happy with Airtel network. I had been using this.number 8600188803 for almost 2 years. But since last 6 months I have been observing my bills were very high. Earlier I used to get. Rs 400-600 or even less per month including my data usage.
I only use emails, whatsapp and facebook that too very rarely since the beginning. I had a talk with relationship personnel at Camp road, Pune but he refused to hear me and behaved very arrogantly which is not the way. When I ask them to show me the details of the bill, they just showed me I used this much amount of data per day, this was fake when I observed the data charges for those dates were also included when my phone was given to service centre for repair.
Customer care agent and their relationship managers are not worth to talk to. I number was in a corporate plan. Now these people are threatening the others who were in my group to pay the bill or they will disconnect everyone’s number despite their bill’s are paid.
I request you to please stop harassing others and for me I am not going to pay more than Rs 500. I have disconnected this number and will spreading this msg to everyone. I will be posting it on facebook and other groups so people will get alert and will check and inquire about their bills before it’s paid.
For Airtel kindly mail me if you want to talk to me. I had sent them couple of mails but they didn’t even bother to respond to it.
Strick action should be taken against such agents

I am yet not getting response from Airtel, they have been calling other people in CUG group to pay the bill which I have told shall not be paying coz its too much. They have been threatening my friends and colleagues to pay the bill or shall send some one in the office to collect the bill.
I would like to do a full and final settlement just because and I don’t want others to be in trouble just because of me. Please call me and do a final settlement if you agree or I shall not be paying anything and will have to take some other actions.
I will also share this horrible experience with my friends, relatives and colleagues and we all will be cancelling the Airtel networks and CUG group.
Also I found that the customer care representatives and relationship personnel are very rude and arrogant to talk. -
