Sub- Complaint against Mr Rajesh Jain S/O Late Shri Prem Chand Jain, for fraud , cheating .
Sir
1. That I am running my business in name of BN. PAPER COMPANY ., having office at 913/917 , 2nd Floor, Mela Ram Market, Chawri Bazar, Delhi-110006.
2. That the accused Mr Rajesh Jain , is also having his shop near my office in chawri bazaar bearing address :- Shop No.980-81, 3/7 F/F, Makki Market, Chawri Bazar, Delhi-110006 and Residence-384, Gagan Vihar, Delhi-110051.
3. That the accused contacted me to purchase material worth Rs. 1766817/- and ensured me to clear my debt within few days .
4. That I supplied material vide invoice to the accused to his utmost satisfaction on credit as I trusted him and upon his assurance as he is also having his office is charwi bazaar .
5. That the accused gave me cheque of Rs. 1766817/- towards the bill amount to clear my debt.
6. That the cheques given by the accused Mr Rajesh Jain , got dishonored and I tried to contact him but he was not available . His Mobile No. is 9810022738 , 9971183863 and his employees no. are 9910472065 , 9958578830 .
7. That I visited the shop of accused but the shop was closed and I also visited the house of the accused but he put locks there and fled away .
8. That upon asking fellow vendors in Chawri Bazar , it is found out that he has taken material from many firms and had fled away by cheating many firms and total fraud of crores of rupees .
9. That the accused had prior intention to cheat me and make wrongfull gain to himself and wrongfull loss to me and he fled away without making any payments .
10. That the accused had intentionally deceived me , in order to gain wrongful gain to him and wrongful loss to me , where by inducing me deliver the goods and then he closed his shop and residence in order to cheat me and ran away .
SIR, PLEASE TAKE IMMIDIATE ACTION AGAINST THE ACCUSED Mr Rajesh Jain , AND REGISTER FIR AND PROCEED AS PER LAW
