Exchange not completed

I ordered for 4 products from Zivame. Out of which 2 did not fit well. I called the customer service for return and exchange of the products. I was promised that the exchange products will be delivered and along with it the products will be picked up. This call was made on 14/9/2014. SLA provided was 24 to 48hrs. I called again on Tuesday – 16/9/2014 as I didn’t receive any confirmation message or email for the exchange. I was informed that the products will be picked up within 24 to 48hrs and then the exchange products will be sent. This was first misinformation. I called again on Thursday as no pick up happened and no confirmation sent. I called again on Friday as it was the 5th business day. They are just sorry. Till today, no pick up has happened and no confirmation as well.
Its now clear that they don’t want to pick up the products or don’t want to exchange it. I’ve had to follow up on everything and they have not even attempted to check on this issue. Worst online experience.
