As Videocon d2h Online online advertisement I m,impress . So i m Booking online on dtd 09.08.2014 but delivery on 15.08.14 Why? as per your advertisement delivery upto 24-48 hrs.
1.After my follow up delivery after 6 day(144Hrs) who is responsible for this? after inquiry known wrong mobile no feed in system by Videocon d2h team member ( miss.Sakshi) why? Who is given authority miss Sakshi change my mobile No.?
2.At time of installation give extra charges of cable? as Videocon d2h advisement u give 10 meter free cable. why your service Engg Mr Vinit Give Extra payment? till date not refund
3. He was given also Wrong DTH ID 127410233 Why?
4.many times send mail of my complaint but till date no reponse from videocon d2h.last 15 day i have send 10 times email & many phone call s to mr Raman (Videocon d2h Online team member) also he get my mail but he said forward to his senior.
so you are requested give positive response eary as possible
