Flipkart 30 day return policy Fraud Beware,Harassment and failure to meet their own deadlines

I am writing this complaint after facing the mental harassment and Flipkart’s failure to meet their deadlines for the order delivery and for the resolving the issues I reported. It begin with I placing the order for a Moto G from Flipkart (Order ID-OD40812100540) on 12th August, after placing the order I was being communicated to receive the order on 16th Aug. Failure to deliver the order within the stipulated time and failure to communicate the same to me (as a customer), I approached flipkart to check the status and was being again told that you will get it on 17th Aug, after failure to meet the deadline and after my repeated follows the order finally got delivered one week later.

Now when i started using the product, I wasn’t satisfied with the performance and in turn called and requested for a return on 9th September and I also received a confirmation for the same from Flipkart over the email “We are processing your return request and will revert by Wednesday, 10 Sep’14 with final approval status.” Agaib now failure to get back to me by 10th Septemebr, i followed up with Flipkart again on about my return request not being replied on 11th Sep, 2014 and got my issue escalated and received email saying “We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 14 Sep, 12:00 PM”. Again failure to call me on 14th Sep I waited and got a call on 15th Sep with a confirmation from Flipkart executive Mohit Verma for a return and I requested him to call me on Tuesday to file the final refund request. Again failure to do so i called Flipkart on 17th September and again went into the mode of escalating the issue and promising a resolution or atleast a call by 20th September.

I tried reaching out to Flipkart on twitter, from their website but all in vain and i am so frustrated and harassed with their customer service so came to this platform to share my concerns. I just want my money to be refunded and given a concrete resolution of my problem asap.
