Hi, I had purchased a Tata Docomo Photon from Pune at Bajirao road, near swargate. My estick no 7276090567 and Relationship no 990040917.
When I went to the store first time to enquire, I was given false statements and commitments about the product and their services. I was told if I buy post paid connection of Rs 650/- per month I will 3GB unlimited
Intenet.I.e. After completion of 3GB data I will get 1.5
Mbps of speed. I also paid Rs 2000/- for wifi dongle.
Once my 3GB data was over, I started getting very poor speed it was so slow that it used to take 10-15 mins to just open a webpage. I email them about this as I thought there could be some technical issue. But those agents told me that post 3GB I shall get upto 128kbps of speed. I was shocked after hearing this. This is where they lied to me first, they had told me and committed the speed of upto 1.5 mbps and these people are now denying. I tried to explain what I was told, but they didn’t listen. I was facing poor speed of 30kbps. After couple of days I again tried to launch a complaint but they closed my request without resolving the issue or any intimations. Later, my data speed was into bytes/ seconds. Received/sent data use to be 100 bytes/ 150 bytes. My laptop shows full network but couldn’t access webpage, when I tried I use to get msg “unable to connect to the internet”. I was pissed of and again email them as no one was attending my call. These people now started telling me I will have to buy new booster packages to increase the speed and started explaining the tariff plans. I told them that I want to talk to the manager or someone who is incharge of all this. They told me “you will have to call on customer care but it’s no use as only agents are going to talk with u”.
Such a pathetic services and no sense of responsibility among these people. I want my money back or good internet speed. I have to completely reply on internet for my work and these Tata Docomo photon guys are now messing with my job.
Last time I am talking in a humble way, kindly resolve this and give me a speed of 1.5 mbps of speed as committed or atleast upto 51kbps. Or else I am not going to pay any bill and will post about your bad service and horrible experience everywhere.
I hope you will do what is right, and request you please don’t cheat to the customers. If you can’t stay upto your commitments don’t give then.
