I ordered one product worth Rs.760 /- on 4th September.I made online payment. They gave me delivery date as 10th September, but I didn’t get the delivery, so I called them n asked then they told me the reasons of logistics problems and requested me to wait until 15th September. I awaited until that day but again I didn’t get the delivery after that again I called n again they told me the same n wait until 17th September. On that day also I didn’t get the product so I called them n said I want to return their product and then they said OK we’ll receive the product cancellation from courier partner and then we’ll refund your money within next 8 days and today its been 15 days. I’m still waiting for my refund.
Another incident happened as follows, I ordered Moto G second generation phone and made a cash on delivery and I got that product within two days by urgent delivery method, but when I switched ON that phone then I found that its touch screen isn’t working, so I called them and asked for replacement or refund then they told me to wait until 21st September to get a call from their back end team for the product return confirmation.
My family members are very angry on me for this issues, I’m carrying so much stress of this issue. I don’t ever want to use Flipkart.com
