Vodafone Fraud in 3G data plan

I am a Vodafone Customer in Chennai using 3G data plan.
Vodafone has charged me Rs 99/- for downloading hello1_TVallsouth_ which I have never downloaded,

Regarding this issue I called 198 to complain 1 week before – they said they will arrange a call back with in 48 hours, more than 100 hours completed – no one contacted me,

Again today I called for the clarification – they kept me waiting for long time and then they said – you have downloaded hello1_TVallsouth_ – for that we have charged – while speaking,he quit the phone

I had good beleif on Vodafone,i have referred many of my friends to use vodafone -now am loosing hope on this brand,
