Reliance RIS

Dear Sir/Madam,

I raised a request to Relaince (RIS) for an new broadband connection to my office in HYD on 3rd September 2014. On 4th September 2014, Once the RIS executive “Chand Pasha” reached my office and collected required documentation, bank cheque for amount 1,700 and he also collected two more cheques towards the payment for my other reliance datacard connections bill. He promised me that they can give us the applied broadband connection on 8th September 2014. But when i call that executive on 8th, he is not responding to my phone. Which I escalated to Reliance appellate authority. In reply to my complaint .. Appellate authority reverted saying they are not able to give connection due to the location constraints and they are going to return the cheques and documention. But till now I have not received my documents and cheque.

I was talking to appellate authority everyday also trying to reach that executive every day (even just a minute before raising this complaint here). But I do not have any response from the executive (he is hanging my phone) and appellate authority not registering my complaint and not providing me the complaint number.

And the executive also not sent my other payment cheques to collection as I am getting the repeated phones on bill payment from various reliance agencies.
