i purchase a mobile for xolo company.the model no is A500S & date of purchase 19 march 2014.
sir i face a probalm of mobile that battery backup & network problem & mobile is Auto on/off. i call to Xolo costumer care for this problem & he say to me a advice that’s you go to service center.i go to Xolo service center date of 16 august 2014. he say to me (ambe electronics, J-40,1st floor, Sec 18, noida) that’s your mobile problem resolve is 15 to 20 days but sir my problem is not resolve. i call to service centar daily but no response & he say to me that’s mobile problem is not resolve you call me after 10 to 15 days my service complaint no is 10812
