Hi Sir/Madam,
My complain is for Nokia Service center here in Kolkata Gariahat. I bought a s phone Nokia Lumia 720 10 months ago and after using for 2 months I have started facing few problems, however I went to service center and they took the phone for 2 months and they returned to be saying that the problem is fixed. When I started using that phone again I starting facing 5 different problems. Again I went to service center and they took the phone again. Till date I have not receive my phone back, its been 3 months and everyday they give me new dates. Also manager told me that he is replacing my phone but its been 3 month and its has not been replaced yet. Please help.
