Non installation of New connection

I had subscribed for new connection & had paid Rs: 3633/- vide Cheque No: 232159 dated 13/08/2014 drawn on Union Bank of India.

Regret to inform even after 3 weeks, no installation is made by Hathway.

I am chasing Hathway for last 3 weeks, but not getting any proper reply. I have sent 3 emails to company, which are not replied. The Sales Guy Mr. Pankaj [Mobile 7757909963] who collected documents and payment is not lifting phone.

My on line complains are getting closed without solving the problem.

If they are unable to sort out the matter, kindly return my advance payment collected by Hathway for new connection.

Kindly note, as I am suffering because inefficiency and irresponsibility of Hathway.
