I had ordered “Italia Gym Combo” offer advertised by “The Times of India”-reader’s offer in the third week of July, 2014.Order No.3003385319
Though it was promised to be delivered on 01-08-2014, it was delivered on 04-08-2014 by paying Cash on delivery.
Of all the products delivered it was found that one product “MP3” player was not working properly and hence a complaint to replace it was submitted to the shopping.indiatimes.com on 09-08-2014- Comp. No. 1466669 .
While following it up on “Customer Care 09024666666- since then I was getting quite interesting responses, including one telling me that the product will be delivered to you by 6:00PM.
When not delivered I had a detailed discussion with one of their executive Mr. Kuldeep Singh who promised me to deliver next Monday-that was 2 weeks back.
Suddenly I received a call from 911413999851 on 04-09-2014 at about 6:05 pm and I was told to repack the entire combo goods and send them back. Then and only then they may replace faulty MP3.
How ridiculous it was when the goods received month back were already in use but for defective MP3.
