I have booked a 2 BHK Flat in Assotech-The Nest,Crossing Republic. Flat no-E-224A, I have done registry in April 2014 Month and after several follow ups for getiing my flat ready ,Assotect took 3 months to deliver the Flat to me. that too with so many pending works. which Assotech Representative, committed me ,will be fixed in a weeks time on 29th June. I had to shift in my Flat ,as i was paying rent and cannot afford rent and flat loan EMI at same time.
I shifted on 29th June.
the quality of construction is very poor. there are cracks in almost every walls of my house. I am following up with assotech representatives,but they are not bothered to fix the issue.
at the time of booking assotech has committed in written about below amenities and maintanence are not proper:
1. The following amenities, promised by builder are still not completed and they are – Children play areas, Central parks, State-of-the art Club house with facilities like swimming pool,Fully equipped gymnasium, Yoga room,. Conference rooms,. badminton courtsTwo-level basement parking, High speed elevators in each tower & many moreSquash Court,Open Party Lawn, Hot and Cold Shower,Beautifully landscaped parks inside the complex etc.
2.the walls of my Flat are weeks, even there are cracks on it. Construction quality is worst.
3. house keeping is the worst part in my apartment.no regular clean up is done.
4.no proper common Area ligting.
also assotech is started to build commercial complex in the society which was never there at the time of booking.
I need help in getting to fix the issues about construction quality and compentation for mental harassment.
