Vodafone charged for Downloads

I have been charged by vodafone for downloads for Rs. 129. The answer given by them is “We wish to inform you that we have checked your bill dated 28/08/14 and confirm that the charges of Rs. 129 towards downloads are indeed accurate and payable as content was downloaded from “hello1_tvalls” and 2 sessions were initiated and were charged Rs.30 and Rs. 99 per session.” I already have data plan but they are charging additional for this downloads.
