Wrong Billing Information

Dear Sir,

I am using vodafone corporate connection from last six month but i am getting wrong billing information from vodafone . Vodafone always charge downloading charge but i haven’t use GPRS . i wrote a mail many time and got revert, you have downloaded . i am very frustrated with vodafone that’s why i have done payment after paying date. No bady listing my voice in vodafone . What i do . I don’t want to pay GPRS charge and late fee amount .. please help me sir
