phone is repaired and is in service center for more then 3 months,

I have a spice Flo style 2 phone bought on 28 march 2014.soon after few days of using my my phone i faced technical problems with my phone.i went to the spice registered service center sai telecom.i gave them the phone but i never got my phone repaired.still my phone is in service center.I have 3 job sheets bill on my phone .This are the service request number that i have received for 3 job sheets 25100849E70330,25100849E80452,25100849E70539.Please tell me what should i do.My phone number is 9038780733 and my [email protected]
