I had ordered my micromax canvas viva on 03/07/13 and few days after receiving the phone i found the phone display got blanked so i went to service center of micromax to file the complaint on 26/07/13 and they took the phone to replace its dispay. Today its 01/09/14 and still I have not got my phone back, I have tried contacting them but its useless.

Hope to get my complaint resolve soon.
