Hi,
I am working on the payroll of SunStar Infosys into the company Infrasoft Mumbai ,they hired in 19th june 2014 and after 9 days they are telling you are released from the project so they released me on 27 june 2014 after that they are refused to give my 9 orking days salary with one month notice period salary also pending.i have the offer letter of this company .I went from pune to mumbai so also my travelling expense with relocation money pending.Almost 25000 i expenditure in relocation and living and fooding in mumbai. I mailed and called so many times for the salary.But they are not giving my salary ,so please help me the consumer court to get my 39 days salary with relocation charge.
