ebay is not taking responsibility for the same, detail mail is below mentioned. I forwarded mail to seller. No body is reverting……………

Hi,

would like to share that item which I bought from ebay is not genuine, I was facing problem with Z10, it was shutting or hanging automatically from the last 15 days.

Today I went to blackberry service center, after check they confirmed it is not a genuine and would not under warranty. I was shocked, that how could a provider like ebay has not check genuine.

Request you to replace my product as soon as possible.

    I bought my mobile Sony xperiya M2 Duel in one month before from eBay.in. But in this mobile battery and speakers are not working well.battery heat toomuch with in 2 mints… Today I went to authorize service center… They are not ready to take my mobile phone and reply me that your mobile is out of country.. It’s can’t be repair here..which is under warranty…
    So I request you to replace my mobile as soon as possible
